The quantity of seeds used depends on cereal variety and planned seeding time. The list below contains spring and winter cereals together with the recommended number of germinating seeds per square meter, given in brackets. Please remember that during early seeding we sow the lower quantities as listed by a given item. Whereas, if seeding is delayed – we increase the standard.

1. Spring cereals:
   – wheat (400-500)
   – triticale (450-550)
   – barley (250-300)
   – avena (400-450)
2. Winter cereals:
   – wheat (250-450)
   – triticale (270-370)
   – two-row barley(325-375)
   – multi-row barley (250-350)
   – cultivar rye (200-300)
   – hybrid rye (180-250)
